In this series I have used the medium of acrylic in many layers of washes .. I feel that any medium has many qualities and in treating them with different hands and eyes .. as an artist .. I am entering into a dialogue with the material of the medium itself .. and I don't really know that beneath the pigment .. the viscosity .. the luminescence .. the mixing .. the textures .. the flow .. beyond all these .. what else is contained in the medium ..

It is the kind of canvas on which a revelation washes itself, watches itself emerge, and when we see a face appear, we feel, maybe the medium and I, we interacted after all. Here we seem to have been ashore, and with something from the other side, we have been awash.
