                        Details
A very fine and intricately carved Benaras Silver Rose Water Sprinkler, circa 1900, in the form of a fluted pumpkin with floral carving with birds in each of the eight sides, supported on a floral encrusted base, over a Lotus petal circular plate, the upper stem is flanked by two Peacocks with a nozzle and a pump to spray the rose water through a ceremonial Nandi and finely seated Shiva with Ganga’s face as headwear crown. This work is a very unusual and rare workmanship from a Hindu Maharaja’s collection.
