A RARE PARCEL GILT ORISSAN SILVER FILIGREE COSMETIC CONTAINER, 19th century, in the form of a pavillion, the dome of the octagonal building pierced with engraved scrolls and opening with a lever mechanism, with eight petal shaped segments hinged to reveal a circular attardaan, the sides with eight classical columns flanking pierced and glazed arched windows, supported on a lobed, circular dish with a right cosmetic holder with floral filigree decoration, decorated throughout, except for the roof, with a wavy filigree foliate design and standing on a copper base that incorporates a lifting mechanism.
