A PAIR OF SÈVRES STYLE GILT METAL MOUNTED VASES WITH COVERS, late 19th / early 20th century, each painted on royal blue ground with panels of lovers and garden landscape, the panels on the reverse with lake scenery within elaborate gilt scrolling foliate borders, the handles cast as festoons of husks, the circular feet with gilt metal foliage on square bases with panels of musical emblems.
